Taking customer loyalty to the next level.
We created a one-of-a-kind loyalty program for T-Mobile as a way to say “thank you” to their customers. We rewarded them weekly with cool prizes ranging from free pizza to concert tickets.
Responsibilities: Develop user flows and design templates for two phases of app redesign, provide art direction for daily content and new app features, create collateral for brand events and new business pitches.

New features include: Faster sign-up and login process, simplified navigation, smoother path to purchase, promotion module for sweeps and social contests, Fun Drop weekly prize game.
